Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Trust

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Trust runs 12 hospitals and numerous community centres and clinics for the Derbyshire area.

The area served by the trust is extensive and so there are many sites where medical services are offered, such as older people’s mental healthcare, sexual health clinics, community therapy service, health psychology service and diabetes care. The trust are proud that they are increasingly able to offer care in the homes of their patients, and in community locations, making their patient’s lives easier.
