Blackwater Law to sponsor Brain Injury Rehab Clinics held by Headway Suffolk

The purpose of the Brain Injury Rehab hubs is to provide support to those who are living with a brain injury or another neurological condition in the regional areas of Headway Suffolk.

The groups will provide support for those affected by brain injuries, as well as support for carers and loved ones who may need some much-needed time off.

At each hub, there will be activities available that assist in a brain injury survivor’s continued rehabilitation and offer the chance to interact with others who are experiencing similar things in their lives.

The Brain Injury Rehab Hub in Sudbury will run every Wednesday from 10 am -3 pm, from 10^th January 2024 at The Hive Community Hub, School Street in Sudbury.

In Newmarket, the Brain Injury Rehab Hub will run every Monday from 10 am – 3 pm from 11^th December at Peter O’Sullevan House, 7a Newmarket Road, Newmarket.

The Brain Injury Rehab Hub in Haverhill has yet to confirm the location and date.

Who are Headway Suffolk?

Headway Suffolk provides support for people across Suffolk who are living with an acquired brain injury. Their aim is to help adults live a fulfilling life and be able to cope with the challenges that come with living with an acquired brain injury.

Headway Suffolk has a number of regional hubs including, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Hadleigh, Newmarket and Sudbury where they help to deliver services and activities designed to help adults deal with their conditions.
