Anna Watson has been promoted to Senior Associate, a recognition of her outstanding contribution to the firm and her dedication to client care.
Anna’s specialisms include head injury cases, road traffic accidents, employer liability, industrial disease, workplace injuries and medical negligence. A Law Society-accredited personal injury expert and an APIL Senior Litigator, Anna is known for her unwavering commitment to clients and consistently goes above and beyond to deliver successful outcomes.
Benjamin Ho and Thomas Kamlow also celebrate significant career milestones, having both been promoted to Associate Solicitors.
Benjamin brings a wealth of experience in complex clinical negligence and personal injury cases. Recognised as a Senior Litigator by APIL, he has worked on a broad range of high-value claims involving misdiagnosis, infection control, sepsis, and orthopaedics. Benjamin’s empathetic, detail-driven approach ensures his clients receive both clarity and compassionate support throughout their legal journey.
Thomas has been a valued member of the Blackwater Law team since 2017 and qualified as a solicitor in 2019. He specialises in surgical errors, birth injuries, and care home negligence, and is known for his accessible communication style and thoughtful client relationships. Thomas consistently ensures that clients feel heard, informed, and empowered at every stage of their claim.
