Medical Negligence Solicitor Tancha Porter joins Blackwater Law

Medical negligence solicitors, Blackwater Law are pleased to announce the appointment of medical negligence solicitor, Tancha Porter.

Tancha joins a growing Blackwater Law team and brings with her a wealth of experience in serious and complex personal injury cases. Tancha has more than a decade in dealing with personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, and serious and complex cases of clinical negligence.

Tancha also has experience in representing defendant insurance companies in these types of cases and therefore brings with her experience in dealing with both the claimant and the defendant side of cases. Clients of Tancha will therefore able to benefit from this when it comes to the negotiation of settlement in personal injury and clinical negligence claims.

Tancha has further skills in complex litigation strategy and is also bilingual, as she is fluent in England and Dutch.
