Jasmine (Jas) is a Legal Administrator within the busy Blackwater Law team, assisting the senior solicitors with their cases for 5 years.
Jas also acts as a key point of contact for clients right from the initial enquiry through to keeping them up to date on the progress of their case. Jas appreciates each situation and adapts her communication style to suit the clients needs.
Additionally, Jas is responsible for organising and collating the relevant documentation for court hearings and trials as well as Costs and Case Management Conferences (CCMC). She also regularly liaises with the various medical experts and agencies that may be utilised throughout the course of a case.
Jas works across a variety of medical negligence case types, including those relating to birth injury and midwife negligence as well as those spanning more than £1million in value.
