Lisa works with the Blackwater Law Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury claims team, assisting with all legal matters, including opening files, dictations, and liaising with clients.

Lisa adds particular value to the team through her strong teamwork skills, helpful nature, and eagerness to learn new things, which she applies to support clients effectively.

Lisa works closely with Jasmine Pilcher, our other Legal Assistant at Blackwater Law, to assist the department in the smooth running of claims.

With previous experience in Personal Injury, Lisa has worked for law firms across various departments, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
