Ben has joined the growing Blackwater Law team as experienced clinical negligence and personal injury solicitor.

Ben was admitted as a solicitor in 2016 and has gained experience with other regional law firms.

Ben has extensive experience dealing with personal injury and clinical negligence matters of all values and understands the impact even small issues can have on clients and their families. Ben has acted for clients from all walks of life, and sometimes with extensive and complex mental health histories.

Ben is recognised as an APIL Senior Litigator. APIL is the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. The organisation is a not-for-profit campaigning group and is one of the most respected organisations in personal injury law.
