More than £50k secured for client who was the victim in a road traffic accident.

Blackwater Law’s senior chartered legal executive Anna Watson was able to secure compensation, for our client following a road accident

Our client Mr H was a passenger in his friend’s vehicle. The driver of the vehicle lost control and came off the road. The vehicle then collided with a tree and subsequently caught fire.

The occupants of the vehicle initially helped our client, who had sustained serious injuries, out of the vehicle and took him to a relative, rather than the hospital. Our client was then taken to the hospital.

Our client suffered a number of serious injuries including facial injuries, a broken arm which required surgery, nasal fractures, dental injuries, scrapes and burns and memory loss from the incident.

The driver of the vehicle could not be located for a few days, before eventually being found and charged by the police.

Anna was able to make a successful claim against the driver of the vehicle, for the pain and suffering caused to our client, as well as the extensive amount of time off work our client needed, to undergo medical procedures. Our client still suffers today as a result of the injuries.
