Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust provides medical services across the Leeds area, from Ardsley to Wetherby and Guiseley to Kippax.

The trust manages services in 6 hospitals as well as various health centres and clinics across the area. Some of the services the trust offer includes IAPT offering mental health help although this is not for urgent cases, adoption and fostering services, neurological rehabilitation service and sickle cell and thalassemia service. The trust also manages the healthcare in 8 police custody suites.
