Operating across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Swindon, Milton Keynes and Bath and North East Somerset, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust works with other organisations to bring integrated healthcare services to its residents.

Providing a mix of community health, mental health and learning disability services, the trust offers a wide range of services. These include inpatient mental health care for patients needing more intensive assistance, minor injuries units in three locations, school health nursing, and dental services. The trust also provides mental health services to offenders at HMP Woodhill.
