Somerset NHS Foundation Trust was created in April 2020 from the merger of Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The trust provides community healthcare, mental healthcare and learning disability support, including inpatient support for people with mental health problems. Other services the trust offer includes musculoskeletal physiotherapy, stroke services, eating disorders and school nursing.
