Covering the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge and Waltham Forest, North East London NHS Foundation Trust provides integrated community and mental health services.

The trust also provides specialised services to Brentwood, Basildon and Thurrock in South Essex, and also across Kent and the Medway area. The population served by this trust is approximately 4.3 million. The services are provided by the trust are run from over 200 sites including nine hospitals. Services the trust offer includes those for eating disorders, podiatry, community mental health and prosthetics.
