Serving a population of over 1.3 million people, Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust offers community health care and mental health care across Greater Manchester, and more specifically, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside, Glossop, Stockport and Trafford.

Operating from a number of sites, the trust runs one minor injuries unit in the area. Services run by the trust include both in and outpatient care for mental health patients, community learning disability support, diabetes service and occupational health services. Supporting the Armed Forces, the trust ran the pilot for Veterans mental health care service.
