Bringing healthcare services to Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees, Wakefield, Yorkshire and the Humber, South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust offers mental health, learning disability and community health services.

The trust has its own research and development department to help improve the treatments offered by the medical staff. Managing numerous mental health inpatient wards, the trust also offers a range of community based services such as musculoskeletal service, Macmillan information and support centre and psychological therapies.
