Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust is a hospital and community based Trust, providing care to those living in Southport, Formby and West Lancashire.

The Trust operates two hospital sites; Southport and Formby District General Hospital and Ormskirk and District General Hospital. Southport and Formby District General Hospital provides a 24-hour A&E department, maternity services and also houses the North West Spinal Injuries Centre providing specialist care to spinal patients from across the North West, North Wales and the Isle of Man.
